Evolve your Brain: The Science of Changing Your Mind

Why we chose this title

Who are we?

How much of who we think we are is based on the perception and image others have of us?

Over the course of our lives we develop an identity shaped by experiences and our surroundings.

This conditions how we see ourselves. And ultimately how we act and behave.

It often seems as if there is no room for change and we are discouraged from altering course.

Your past behaviour and experiences don’t necessarily determine who you are.

What would it look like if we saw our past behaviour as temporary?

Everything around us is constantly moving and changing.

Nothing is permanent.

Why wouldn’t it be the same for us?

We would want to be kind and patient with ourselves, in the end we are all doing the best we can.
